Hello everyone, My name is biney, i have installed dvr named Hi-focus 16 cam. It is working fine offline and online. I also configure email generation on motion detection on it. Successfully, DVR send me email on motion detection but the email didn't have image. It shows error message written in the email that image cannot capture. so this is my problem. I have activated my six cameras on motion detection. so i receive email from all six camera but i am not able to find which camera send me email as there is no image in it. So, where is the problem? It is DVR software problem or i have skipped something during configuring email motion detection in the DVR. Regards, Biney dhaliwal
