I want to build a patient monitoring system which will have a video camera monitoring a patient. The signals from the patient are recorded simultaneously and there should be high synchronization between video and the signal for proper diagnosis. I do not know how is high synchronization achieved. I need suggestions for:
- wireless camera that can be controlled remotely (I guess it should be a PTZ IP camera)
- how to achieve high synchronization (not sure if this depends on hardware or software)
what specifications should I looks for and what other devices do I need?
