ive tried compatibility mode for win xp and win 7 it worked perfectly well on my old pc with xp and my new one on win8 only when I upgraded to win 8.1 the picture went black on all 4 cameras tried turning off firewall still the same

thanks for your reply there is no updates for the software no website either all software came on a mini cd with no name on the software is called multiclient-eng 11.6.27.2 it could be I have to use another software if so can you recommend one

if anyone can help I have a h.264 dvr it works fine I had the software installed on a win8 pc which worked fine but since upgrading to win8.1 I have sound but no picture the picture screens are solid black no error messages I can search and everything if I logon through my browser everything is there but a bit small
