immolation

Hi Ive configured a CnM 4 channel dvr system at a house and set it up so it can be viewed externally. Problem is only the vs500 software allows me to view the stream. Have tried lots of other apps and noe seem to login or fail to connect The vvs500 software is poor and only lets me view 1 cam at a time. Any advice would be appreciated Thanks
