how do you view your cctv on a internet browser

started by drilling through air vent demolishin the other side feed cable from outside to inside trip to hardware shop plug in the cables pc side and run pico mount new vent drill wall for camera fit camera plug cables in to test push cables through a weather proof box tape them up tape up box for even more secuirty point camera where i want it wipe lens free of dirt i got on it

hiya im running pico2000 is there any way i can view my cctv camera output while im out and about e.g at a freinds place with a pc or at college etc? just curious if its possible

hmm i was thinking that as well servs me right for trying to do it on the cheap although now its all setup i can upgrade in the future n sell this camera on once i have enought cash. also roughly how much would you say it would cost to have a ir camera to do what i want pan/tilt and give off infa red to avoid the need for a ir light as well?

A) They are phyiscally different, I'm not going to detail it in a forum post. Basically they are totally different means to the same goal. A, okies then never mind B) You have a BS Ebay camera. b, the camera is shi* in other words? c, just so i dont have to clamber up on the roof to adjust it if i dont think its good enough coz i adjusted it so it mainly concentrated on the car this was done in daytime now it seems i dont get much vision by the gate where people would come past to vandalise it :S (main reason i put it up) so means i need to climb back up and adjust it back

mine seems to work fine im recording my window cleaner now to make sure my camera aint touched and im on here msn and email bit laggier than usual but thats to be expected but you can do mroe than 1 thing

my cheapo ebay card works fine on a amd cpu and msi board

some questions for you. A, whats the difference between CMOS and CCD b, Why are my colours different to real colours E.G My car is red and the pictures more pinky red than red? c, how can i make my cheap ebay camera 1 that will moved by remote?

current camera i have bit blurry in corners if thts what ur after lol

its now in a waterproof box and taped up lol so best of both and bought better pvc tape thats a lot stickier than i used last time

what software you running when i was having problems testin mine using pico i tried to test the dvr card was working and nothing would respond however i later foudn that it wasnt installed correctly as when it is installed if nothing is connected the screen should go blue......... mine wasnt it was silver / grey still. now that its installed anything i connect to it is displayed so far i've tried cctv cam and a mobile phone that came wih rca connections and its working fine

same here so here's what i do now if its raining i set pico2000 to constantly record if not i put it on motion detect lol

will that do rca cables? i was thinkin of getting heatshirnk the only down side its a bugger to get off agen

my camera has stopped working while recording last nite and now there is no display on the camera.... only thing i can tell is that it has been raining. can water on the connections cause this? or would it be somthing else as its supposed to be water proof but i only put pvc tape onto the connectors? just to make me look an idiot it has started working again :S so fuck knows
