I have been using Sony SNCCS50N and RX550 cameras. I have a 0 lux condition. What outdoor, low light, camera would you suggest?

I have a corrosive environment. What camera manufacturer makes a NEMA 4 camera and enclosure? I thought a Sony RZ550 in a nitrogen filled enclosure might work, but I am told that the enclosure stays pressurized for about a year then it needs to be pumped up. I have heard rumors that Pelco may have one. Any ideas?

Milestone was installed by a contractor. The functions were limited and it was difficult to program. ONSSI is made by the same company if I am not mistake (Buffalo, NY??). I switched to Lenel OnGuard.
