evening chaps, iv recently taken over a new job and thery've got a little ecosense 6 channel dvr there, alls working ok but we have a problem with unknown passwords. iv tried the dm and web username/password but it don't work. we're pulling our hair out. the only thing we can think off is a recovery disc from dm but im guessing that's going to cost a few bob. any clues how to unlock or remove them please? thanks in advance
