I have a Sunluxy system and God knows why I bought it. It has taken hours to set up and everything seems fine, it records and playback is great but for some reason whatever way I try and back it up it refuses to send the sound, why? Having the sound on a DVD or USB is important for use in court but this system refuses to apply it to anything I back up to. HELP.....
