    Does anyone know what make of IP PTZ camera that can do a full zoom without losing "altitude"? Some areas we monitor are far, but also higher than the camera and we are unable to zoom fully into those areas. I have the Vivotek SD8362e and Sunell

    I downloaded the trial version but it didn't even pick up my camera: Vivotek SD8362e. Emailed the supplier and can't even get help from them.

    Greetings from South Africa. Our largest project to date: covering our town with Vivotek SD8362e PTZ IP cameras. 1st installation went very well using Ubiquiti Rocket M5 with LOS to the control room. Awesome video, clear and very stable.
