    Here is a dilemma. Swann writes mp4 files in chunks of 1GB. The manual says only FAT32 USB format is supported to export files from Swann to a PC. However when I format a 64GB USB Flash drive, it only creates a 200MB partition. So how do I transfer 1GB files to a FAT32 USB???

    I was able to open the mp4 files using VLC Player only. Windows Media Player and QuickTime do not open the files.

    Just purchased Swann Security system from Sams. Tried to export data to USB, then open the files in Windows or Mac. Did not work. The files are mp4. Any suggestions on how to open them? QuickTime also complains it is not a valid mp4 format.
