All cameras in PAL mode and the DVR also in PAL

I need to find out Signal Strength that sending from cameras to the DVR how can I find that? We have a installation and their was a camera not sending signal to DVR(But when we plug in LCD in DVR end it show a picture) I was thinking some thing wronge with the DVR port. But when I plug in a brand new cameras it start reseveing signals to the DVR.... Just wondering is their any software I can use to find this the signal strength or Is their any LCD that I can buy from Australia that will give med the proper signal level sending from the Camera.

Hi, I have install Boss camera in a night club, when I looking under the display mode of the digital video recorder pictures are clear. when I look at the recorded information it look pixerlated. is this any thing to do with camera or digital video recorder.But when the cameras get some lighting from night club cameras recorded picture is clear. please let me know which kind of a camera I should install and which candition it should be....

Hi, I have a Samsung SCC-931TP cameras and need to control the cameras from my DVR software. This cameras not a Pantill camera,it can Zoom in & Zoom out Only. I need the protocal Command for Zoom in & Zoom out.
