My strengths are in info tech not in cameras and survelance. Have made any connection at all to your remote network? Are you able to ping the external IP address of the remote network? What is the live IP address of the live network? If the live IP address begins with 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x you are behind a NAT and will have to setup some additional resources in place in order to get connected to your servers. I know that some ISP in TN (charter) do this to keep residents from hosting web/ftp sites and sucking up bandwidth.
