WDR function, the chip is with WDR function to avoid light exposure issue; 2. NVR optional, which means you can use our fisheye camera with NVR or without, because the software we offer can work as NVR, and a lot of functions can be done through the software except storage. If you think the NVR is too expensive to store the image, then you can use PC directly to save the image. Our fisheye camera can be connected directly with PC for storage. As I saw all your guys' quotes, it is the truth that fisheye now is not mature enough, but it did have a lot of advantages, like its 360/180 super wide angle view, WDR function, E-PTZ. Except that, our own software can work as NVR, in other words, NVR is optional, and you only need PC for storage. Some guys are concerning about night visison issue, our fisheye camera is with IR function, and we have another solution, like we add white light as fill-in light, so there will extra light to support night function. I would like to answer your questions as follows: If you need home surveillance, i would like to advise you to buy IP camera for home use, there is kind of IP camera that can connect the Internet directly, cause there is a CD together with the product, and all you need to do is to activate the software in the CD and install the software on your PC. There are a lot of functions setting, like motion detection and recording functions etc. If the camera has motion detection function, when there is someone getting in, the device will grasp a screenshot image, then send it to your email address. And you will see who enter your home. When you choose to buy the samples, don't forget to ask the supplier whether the device gets the functions that you need, like motion detection.
