Any idea where i can find a system like this? Not just a camera that looks at liscense plates like the speed bump camera but an actual camera that can register what is read on a liscense plate and log just the letters and numbers in maybe a text document on your computer or something similiar anything helps thanks jon - international loss prevention

Ive had this problem on some similiar bullet cameras.. Its caused by the ir's heating up creating a fog all i do is unscrew it and clean it off. it usually only happens to me when there are dramatic weather changes.
