    MORE Remote View Problems

    Hi there, I'm running GV1000 at my office and am having problems using the remote view feature at home. At the office, I am able to view the cameras on a non-networked laptop (using the Remote Viewer programme) that connects to the same Netgear router through which I wish to view the pictures at my house. But when I try this at home with exactly the same details in the taskbox(IP etc), a "login failed" message comes up. I have logged on to the router and opened the 3550 port; thus when I open up the Remote Viewer on the laptop at the office, it states "geovision rule match" on the router's log . I am also sure the port is open on the Geovision server PC, as a port check on whatismyip.org shows "port 3550 open." Do I need to open the 3550 port on my home router, perhaps? Any advice would be very much appreciated. Fred
