Hi, I have the QVIS ATLANTIS 4 channel DVR and having issues playing back from the device. I am using a software called CMS to view the cameras on my PC but when I want to play anything back on any channel on any date/time it says " NO RECORD FOUND". Am I missing something?

Thanks Dennis. I installed the HDD myself and do regular health checks and it still has a lot of life init. Not too sure what it can be, I want to try another viewer in case its the CMS software I'm using. Any recommendations?

Hello, I have bought the QVIS Atlantis dvr 4 channel dvr and have had it a while. I want to upgrade and get an 8 channel DVR. Can I buy the additional video card and slot it into my existing DVR? If so, what should I be searching for?

Hello! I have a QVIS Atlantis DVR and require help being able to "dial in" from any where in the world on the app. I have an Iphone 4 and have downloaded the QVIS Viewer as advised but no matter what I put in it cannot find my DVR. It is asking me for : Ip address, Port number Username Password DVR Name Is the IP address external or internal? Port number, is the the TCP port or the port range? Username and password, presumably the credentials to log on to the dvr? thanks in advance!
