Do I need the physical key? I want to reprogram one Sensormatic PTZ and I currently don't have any of the information from the installation. I can only guess at what the defaults may have been. So my answer is to reprogram the controller. Only I don't have the turnkey to change to "program".. Does anyone know a work-around or a place to procure said key? Thanks if you can help!
