I have Panasonic WV-CW864A connected to a DEFEWAY H.264 Network DVR. Using Panasonic Protocol What device do I need to setup the camera configuration so I can change the cameras name. Currently it displays Camera 3 Do I need a WJ-MP204C or WV-CU360C to program this camera or can it be done using a PC with RS232 or 485 and smart software? Thank you...

Hi, I have picked up a Panasonic WV-CW864A among some other electronics that were being thrown out. The camera works and I would like to get the PTZ happening. I dont have the luxury of a System Controller like a WV CU550B just the camera. Do I need a System Controller or can I use a USB to RS485 converter along with PTZ Controller software on a computer. This unit shows PTZ CAM 03, HOME all the time even when I use the default switch setting on the camera. Nothing changes. Appreciate any suggestions Adanament
