Analog signal cant travel such a distance, either you can use balloons but the quality of video will definitely not good. One solution of this problem is HDCVI technology from Dahua. HDCVI signal travel 500 Mts. (RG59) & 700 Mtr.(RG6). HDCVI is cheaper than IP technology & In HDCVI you can get Mega Pixel image.

I need to know how manufacturer made tempering proof camera & DVR. I am from CCTV manufacturing company & need to understand what procedure other manufacture follow to make tempering proof CCTV camera & DVR. You must go for 25 to 35 IR leds on board. Also its important that when you install that IR Board it will maximum illuminate your designated area.

Hi Colin, Box camera doesn't have IR LED which work in night time. So in your case you need a separate IR illuminator for both of your camera. Your cameras will definitely work after you install this illuminator.

Or u can Check Dahua HDCVI technology also, by this u can use current installation but need to change Cameras & DVR.
