I am currently looking at the 1080 16 channel system by Swann at Costco. I live in Northern Maine where we can get 30 below at times. Will this be an issue for the outdoor cameras?

Hello All, I am a noob here and need some input on a camera system I am looking at. http://www.security-depot.com/8pcs-ir-1000tvl-2-8-12mm-security-cameras-960h-dvr-system-20-733p3/ Can you guys and gals comment this system. Compared to other things I am seeing on Amazon and on net this seems to look like a good bang for the buck. If not do you have any recommendations? Thanks
