I'm obviously new to this and would like some input on how to put together a basic sytem. We're having a house built and would like to have a camera in a finished basement, as it will be somewhat remote from the house. My requirements: -1 small B&W camera -Viewing done on a TV in the kitchen. (has all necessary inputs) possibly on a dedicated channel or one of the AV Inputs - Possible viewing on main television, not necessary -the run is less than 30' run from camera location to TV -NO sound needed -NO zoom or pan needed Hope you all can help me out. So I'll mount it it on the wall/ceiling, plug it into an outlet and run the video out to the TV. This way I'm treating the camera as I would say my digital camera and when I'm ready to view I simply select one of the AV inputs? I will research having it appear on multiple stations as well. The camera is strictly for recreational purposes. We have a finished basement that while right under the kitchen/living areas is not easily observed without a camera. Thanks for you help.
