hello please can you help just bought 2 CCTV cameras swann these are WiFi just power lead needed but the camera is also attached to the Ethernet connection box tested cameras all working fine now for a week but its time to attach them to the out side wall but this Ethernet is a little bit to big i think i`ll need like a 20mm drill bit to drill the hole up a ladder ammm don't know ! so my question is i don't really need it so can i cut it off so i only have to drill maybe a 10mm hole if not less to pass the power cord though i do understand by cutting this cable my warranty is gone thank you Paul

hello could someone please help me i have a Sentient NS401 4 cameras bought from maplin all have been working great now for some 3 years but yesterday i was sent a new hub from virgin i have 2 icons on my PC CCTV internal IP is working great but CCTV DDNS is not working i can no longer view my cams on my phone or view using wifi at home any help please it was original set up by tech team from Maplin what has happened to Maplin forum gone ! thank you Paul
