  1. OK that was me not selecting Pal, when I switched from NTSC to Pal the problem got solved. Now what can I do to ensure there will not be any problem again with burning the cameras (probably from overvoltage)?
  2. I meant image shaking, not resolution.
  3. Is this less possible to happen when you use a dvr recorder instead of a dvr card on a PC? Also I noticed that DVR cards have inferior image quality.
  4. I had 4 brand new cameras. 2 were under a roof and 2 on a stand. Is it possible that the pci card returned electricity to the cameras? I was told this by a person who is involved in cctv installations.
  5. You can read my old thread: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=40812 Actually the DVR card was never the problem as I originally thought. After some testing I found out that the cameras stopped working, at the same day my gpu card stopped too (probably at the same minute but I was missing and I can't verify it). I feel that there is a connection between the 2 problems. Is it possible that my PC did something to the cameras? or vice versa that the cameras did something to the PC? Should I just blame the psu of the cameras? It's a weird situation for sure.
  6. Hello. Did you send the card? I haven't received any reply to my PMs
  7. Igano, If interested in, I can send you one of our PCI Express Card for 8 analog cameras. You may leave your address to my mailbox. OK I have sent you a PM with my shipping address.
  8. I mention in detail on the first post that I had GPU in my PC. And have tried with 3 different GPU since it stopped working!
  9. The conclusion in my case is that the DVR card did not have a problem with my AMD cpu/motherboard (since it was working in the beginning) but it just died only after 1-2 months. Yes there is a PCi express slot available in the motherboard. If you can do this for me, I would really really be grateful!
  10. So after some months that I forgot about it, a recent theft reminded me I need my cctv to work.... I brought here another PC which is Pentium-based and still the same problems. I am sure that there is a problem with the card. And since the ebay seller is gone there is no case for a replacement. Please someone recommend me a dvr card for 8 cameras that works with out issues and has a decent software. Price range from 40 to 100$.
  11. I red somewhere that cards based on 960H are more recent than H.264 and maybe they are more compliant with recent technologies?
  12. Is there a problem with H.264 or do I need to find the newest H.800-900 something?
  13. How can you explain there was no problem in the beginning? And the problem happened when I changed the GPU?
  14. The chip has written on it: MV9300 On the base of the card you can see 9308 2013-1 V2.0 There's also some very small letters on the chip if you need them maybe I can read them with a magnifying glass.
