BIOMEDZED

I was wondering if someone has seen this problem before. One of our DVR's (GE Truvision DVR30) is locked up to the point of no keys on the keypad work and no menu functions work with the mouse. I feel like it could be a login issue or possible a keypad lock feature but I just can't find good info in the manual... Any help would be greatly appreciated.... ZED
