i went with security camera kings 37x ptz. alittle more that what i wanted to spend at 850 but its a cool camera. almost silent. i have to get over the guilty feeling when watching it. i feel like a super spy. when it arrived there was no safety cable or rubber gasket or gloves. made me think it was refurb. but there were no scrathes and i looked hard. tech said when they get them they unbox to update the firmware. they are sending me all that stuff. i also got the ptz remote did not want to use a mouse. that thing works like a charm. day pic is great night is great when no lights are in the shot i dont know if i have to adjust something.

I WOULD LIKE TO SPEND 500 ON A PTZ. IT HAS TO BE QUIET. NEIGHBORS LIKE TO TOSS TRASH IN MY YARD. I HAVE SEEN SOME VIDS ON YOUTUBE OF SOME AND THEY WERE LOUD. THAT WONT WORK. I WOULD ALSO LIKE 27X OR MORE. ANYBODY HAVE A QUIET PTZ.

i have researched till my eyes hurt. this is my first system and i am amazed. 700tv lines is pretty clear. i paid 599 hooked up 3 cams that i needed and planned on having 5 back ups. that lasted 2 days. i installed all 8 its just great.. computer app just worked without doing anthing it found itself and started working. colors on computer are off a little than on the tv not as green grass but what u gunna do. so the problem.......not every time but surely every day and sometimes 5 times a day when i reach for the mouse or switch views with the remote the menu screen pops up the i have to hit exit on remoe 5 times or click the mouse to get rid of it. tech said they would replace it but going through that mess is a pain. is there a fix or anyone heard of this. no other issues at all just the stupid menu.
