I'm surprised at the lack of tech help by AV Tech, considering how many DVRs are out there....! even the cheapest and nastiest normally have some poor sod available for questions.. mental note - don't buy any more of these.. john

I'll be damned if can see how to program a preset PTZ position to activate upon an alarm condition. Ie. If door opens the PTZ will jump to preset 1 for instance... It's a 679 DVR model.. Any ideas? Is there any tech help for AVtech dvrs? thanks John

Increase sensitivity of spacial / time frames for detection? How do you know it only detects during night-time? Are you analysing event search for motion? Is timed event record set only for night perhaps? Or, does it buzz upon detection? it's a bit puzzling...
