    Hi all, my first time on here so apologies if this topic has been covered before or posted in wrong place. I am trying to view my cameras through my dvr on an external device, mainly iphone and sumsung mobiles. I can access the dvr on my laptop which is connect on the same network as the dvr is on, but when I try to access the dvr from an external network it just says buffering. Im on the bt broadband network, have spoken to BT and they have confirmed that all the ports and ect are open and my router is pointing correctly to the dvr. Does anyone know what the term "buffering" means in this case? Any ideas from anyone please? Thanks
