Hi, we have a 6 camera (no sound) system connected to the internet for remote viewing. The live playback works fine. Five people have remote access, I don't know if that is an issue if more than one person is connected simultaneously? I can select a date and time on remote search and sometimes I get a video playback and sometimes not. When I get a playback it is very slow, if I try to increase the speed I don't get the video images to display. I downloaded the instruction manual v4 but it doesn't get into this kind of problem. Is there a more detailed manual? Your help/guidance would be appreciated. Jac
