    Hi one and all. I have an AVTECH 40gb DVR that does not recognise the HDD. The HDD is a maxtror diamondmax plus 8 ATA133. Can I just replace this with one 'off the shelf' or is there something else that needs to be done to the unit for it to work? Many thanks ...
