Have you found a resolution yet? I am having the same exact problem. I can access the dvr's login page via the public ip address through port 85. However, when I try to log on using any of the 4 accounts that I created on my dvr, I get an invalid password message. The same accounts are accessible locally on the dvr without any issues.

Hey all, I just set up my qc-308 and have it connected online. All the ports have been successfully forwarded and I can get to the login screen remotely online. However, when I enter my username and password that I have configured on my dvr locally, I keep receiving an invalid password prompt. Am I suppose to be using another username and password instead? Also the ddns default port shows as 80, I opened up port 85, should I leave this as 80 or modify it to 85?
