I hope I am posting in the right section. I was wondering if somebody may help me here.
I have 10 TVs within organization, and each has a cable TV connected to it. I have to make a separate channel, so people can click on channel 400 for instance and see a repeated message playing. I don't know how to do it, so my idea is to use a CCTV DVR, but instead of a camera, connect the DVD player to one of the CCTV camera connectors. Would that work? Am I moving in the right direction, or not?
