    Not sure if you fixed it. Make sure you use Windows XP. Also the Video card could be a problem. Try another Video Card. ATI cards work well. Have seen this problem with Geforce 7100/7300 cards.

    Well I purchased a Samsung SCC-C9302P and put it up in a place were there was a Samsung 931TP. So much better during the whole day when the sun shines through and there are also shadows. Looks like I will purchase all SCC-C9302P now.

    I was thinking of buying 6 Samsung SCC-931TP Anti-Vandal Dome Cameras and wanted some advice if these are good or there might be a better dome for the money. Im in Perth West Australia. The cameras are going to be used to look down Jetties by the water. The first 10 meters will be in sunlight then another 10 meters will be undercover. (Shade) I am purchasing them from a place in balcatta who also has Pelco brands. They also have a new Samsung Day/Night Vandal Resistant Dome (SCC-C9302P) that has WDR. But it is quite a bit more in price. Will be recording Day and night but I think the day usage is the most important.
