When I view both the real time display & video recordings using the GV Hybrid card features enabled on a given camera (Pelco Spectra III PTZ), I get "interference" type lines in the image. If I turn off the GV Hybrid feature for the given camera, these lines go away.
What could be the culprit of this issue?
I have been told that my problem is a ground loop interference problem, from the look of the images. But would this diagnosis be applicable, if it has to do with a PCI slot card device like the GV Hybrid card?
Note that I have a GV 1240 combo card on a system with all the applicable components mentioned as requirements in the technical specifications supplied by Geovision (i.e. motherboard, video card, RAM, etc..)
