Im trying to view my surveillance cameras remotely but get a "Connect Failed" error after entering my user name and password (I can get to a login page using the public IP Address with port 80). My DVR is connected to a Verizon FIOS. I have also set up port forwarding on the Veriaon router 192.168.1.9 port 80. Is anyone familiar with this error message?
Here's how my DVR is set up:
HTTP Port: 80
Server Port: 8102
IP Address: 192.168.1.9
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Preferred DNS Server: 192.168.1.1
Alternate DNS Server: 192.168.1.1
