IT was a knackered hdd

Mine turned out to be a knackered hdd. It did everything except record & playback

ive tried every setting i can find. id like a look at that vid plz

mine is the sunluxy h.264 dvr which has a HDD already installed. i have emailed the seller & he replied that he has mailed sunluxy & will send me there e mail when he gets it

i was just thinking that as this reply came. didnt want to open it as its new & would void any warranty if there is any. tried that still the same. when i boot it up hdd light flashes on then goes out. if i go to hdd management no hdd is showing. in the top left of the screen it shows a small hdd with exclamation mark

All I can find for mobile port is a number 6003

Yes it has a hdd, I can here it spin up on a reboot
