    Hi. Please, try to set the Port on DVR (network-protocol setting) as 4520-4524 (these ports need to be portforwarded in your router). Then, use RTSP as 4524 on your ipolis mobile. Thanks. Please, note Samsung used to use port 554-558, but has changed to 4520-4524
