  1. I would check out the Panasonic 974 series. That is a good auto tracker dome and is a lot better than the Bosh. We have personally sold over 1000 of these units with no complaints. I would stay away from the Bosh. Their stuff does not seem to work that well. Hope this helps. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Thanks

  2. Is there any reason you are wanting to go with a really expensive B/W camera? I have seen the middle grade cameras do just as good as a job. As long as you get a good quality lens put on you will be fine. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Thanks

  3. There are very few places you can get these at. What type of quality of cameras are you looking to get? Most of the cameras used are Pelco. If you actually look up at them, you will see the Pelco brand housings and the guys that hook these cameras up use the Pelco cams with WDR. Let us know what else we can help you with. Thanks

  4. LP will not give you that information at least they are not supposed to. They have cameras hidden all over the store that people don't know about. LP keeps everything on the hush hush. It's like if you were to go in and ask if LP is present.

They most likely will NOT tell you due to privacy policies. They don't want you knowing when LP is in and out due to shoplifters just like they don't want you to know if that is a camera or not. It tricks you and makes you think you see?

  5. We have done numerous Wal-Marts all over the US. We sell a lot of our products to dealers that go out and install these systems for Wal-Mart sub-contracted through us. Wal-Mart has been really pleased with our work and has been a great client for us. Is there a Wal-Mart in your area that needs security? Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thanks

  6. Hello,

We had a customer complain on that same model he bought from other company years ago. The same problem accrued. The image would reverse when there was no option to do so. He called up tech support and found that the hardware in the mux had gone bad. This may be your problem. At least this was his. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Thanks

  7. Hello,

This is not a camera this is a door sensor. It is an older type made in the 90's. We sell equipment to Wal-Mart and are buddies with the Loss Prevention agents their. I called them today and asked about this device and showed them a picture of it. They told us that the cameras are mounted up higher than that so no one would be able to touch it. This was confirmed with our buddies in LP. Hopefully you can sleep at night now. LOL. Thanks

  8. What are the dimensions of the strips you need? Not trying to do any self promotion, but we carry a full line of those. Usually people use these for Non-name brand PTZ'S or for standard cameras that are placed in extreme cold weather. Let me know if we can help you further by giving you information on these. Thanks

  9. Also, you may be able to do parameter protection beams. These work very well. Just make sure to mount them 3 feet off the ground. That eliminates animals setting off the strobes causing false alarms. You can get these at certain dealers. Call our toll free number to talk to our very knowledgeable and 100% free tech support. They can direct you in right direction.

  10. The horns are not a good idea. We had one of our dealers install the horn instead of the strobe lights. The result was bad. The noise that the horns produced caused close by neighbors and other people to get irritated at the Ford dealer. They received many complaints and had to take the horns down for disturbing the piece.

Our dealer then installed the strobe lights. These were more affective since they do not produce a noise, yet still scare off the crooks. You will have to adjust the camera so that they do not pick up the strobe light.

Or you can move the strobe in a different location. Maybe a little higher? Point being, I would stay away from the horns. They are more trouble than they are worth, plus they will go off every time a cat strolls along the parking lot. Hope this saves you some trouble.

  11. Yes, you can add I believe up to 3,000 cameras. This is good for large commercial building and facilities. Pelco stands behind this. They are great in my opinion. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thanks

  12. This camera would be better off as a paper weight. We have had customers come to us because they bought this camera from another company. These cameras are nothing but trouble. They are cheaply made over in China. Is there anyway you could talk your customer into getting hard wired?
