    hikvision grainy at night

    hi all, my hikvision ip camera looks great during the day but really grainy at night. I've bought an IR illuminator (it's being shipped). Is the night graininess due to placing my camera too far in to the eave? Could that be the cause? thankyou http://postimg.org/image/tp0uenm49/
