Hi people I've spoken to Swann about there PTZ camera's and asked if you could zoom in on a playback footage, there response were this is now fix and you are only able to zoom in on live footage. So my question is are there any third party software/programs viewers that you can play the recorded footage and zoom in with to find a number plate or to zoom in on a person to see there face. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards Chris
