  1. I narrowed this down to the Hikvision camera. Turns out that I had the switch for Enable PPPoE checked in Configuration/Network/PPPoE. Once I unchecked it and rebooted, the ports opened.
  2. I just installed a 2032 camera and have no problems viewing it in IE from inside my LAN. I set up the ports in Configuration as follows: 8030 HTTP, 8031 RTSP, HTTPS 8032, Server 8033. Inside my LAN, I access the camera via 192.168.0.xxx:8030 without problem. Having problems setting up DDNS, I used a port checker to see if my ports were actually open, I f ind that none of them (8030-8033) are open. I checked my router settings (Actiontec GT784WN) to find the firewall set as NAT only and the ports defined in the table. I have two Foscam 8918 cameras that I set up months ago and port forwarding was a breeze. Those ports show Open when doing a port check. Ideas on why my Hikvision ports can't be viewed??
