Morning All;
We recently converted our PELCO DX8100 and Exaqvision system to the Milestone XProtect system and now i have lost the ability to control our PTZ cameras properly through Milestone.
We have a mix of IP and analog cameras on encoders. The IP cameras will respond to PTZ control within Milestone (I use keyboard and mouse), but as soon as i start to swing the camera, it zooms in as far as it will go. However, if I browse to the camera through it's IP addy, I have no problem moving the camera around. I have reset the camera back to default factory settings and tried changing several settings, but to no avail.
I can't do anything on any of the analog cameras on the encoders.

AXIS Q7406 Video Encoder Blade

Any advice anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated.
