    GEN IV ( Dahua ) 2.0 Cameras

    I have 3 sites with GEN IV ( Dahua ) various 2.0 cameras and at night I get a white haze in the pic. as things get brighter it goes away. Any Suggestions? support says its the IR bouncing back the light to the lens, or a bad seal around the lens allowing the IR to get to the lens. One is a Ball dome, one is a dome, and the other is a bullet. I have no problems with any of my 1.3'2 they are great cameras.
