Help required - POE over distance

Well i found the issue. Basically i was wiring the rj45 connectors incorrectly once i followed the 568B problem solved.
  2. Hi guys, sorry in advance for the long post. I have 4 x Hikvision ds-2cd2032-1 Hivision NVR - DS- 7608NI/SE/P I have cat 6 running to all four camera's. Garden camera (under 10m run)- works fine - CAT 6 cable used steel type strands (UL registered) Side camera (under 10m run) - works fine - CAT 6 cable used steel type strands (UL registered) Front Left (approx. 15m run - NOT working - CAT 6 solid copper Front Right (approx. 18m run - NOT working - CAT 6 solid copper The front two camera's appear to come up as active devices on my adsl router however the NVR does not see them. Please note I have changed the cat 6 cable once already as the previous run was thought to CCA cat6. The Garden and side camera are using cheap ebay cat 6 cable and the fronts are using this: http://www.repsole.com/Product/te-adc-krone-truenet-cat6-solid-cable-lszh-utp-orange-305m-tn6tz1-ormb/2383 The strange thing is I tested the camera's externally by fitted RJ45 connectors on a 25m cheap ebay and worked fine. I'm testing the cat 6 cable with a cable tester tool which confirms the connections are good. I've also tested the system by ruling out the NVR and using a standalone POE netgear and get the same problems. It's almost as if POE doesn't like copper cable and using cheap ebay cable works fine? Any suggestions before I start taking the house apart again. Thanks Bobby
