we have our security cam installed in the shop and it was all working well.
But yesterday when we turned on the Screen instead of showing the Picture of the cam as it used to be, there was only a blue Screen. Already unplugged all energy devices and put it in again. Also changed the cables and tried on other Screen same Problem remain.
Perhaps important notice it is an US American camera System but we live here in Germany, so between cam and Screen we have an Adapter from LIGAWO which converts NTSC to PAL and that tft screeen has the right cable Connection.
Since suddenly nothing worked anymore tried to Change Setting on converter, could jump between blank blue Screen to black Screen with message "out of range" - but no more camera pic
