Hikvision ? What the ...??!
william_netvisiondvr replied to brianj's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Hi, you said you wanted to buy a card from USA, not from China. Maybe there was a mistake. And I think the price maybe different to different customers. Because any dealer will increase the price when the order is not big. BTW, even a same card can offer you different video quality when used in different softwares or worked in different modes, such as QCIF, CIF, DCIF, 2CIF or D1. Do you think so? -
Help with DVR Card please!!!
william_netvisiondvr replied to PilotGuy's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Not always. Four inputs needs one chip only, like Hikvision HCI series cards. -
Most normal mobile clients can view channels of DVRs remotely like roy_2886 said. However, iPhone owns a special OS. Most of DVRs don't support iPhone mobile clients, at least now they don't.

Iphone access to I-View
william_netvisiondvr replied to billm's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
I am sorry I can't open the links. And I don't think they will put the manufacturer in the manual. Maybe you can give me pictures or serial number to help me find out who is the manufacturer. IPhone and Blackberry are both supported by our software. You can google Netvisiondvr to find us. -
We have dvr that can preview and record from IP cameras. We call it hybrid DVR. It's powerful but it is very expensive. Do you need some more information about it? Such as specification etc.?

Some softwares support iPhone. The easiest way is to add your EM-DVR in the DVR software and then view the cameras via iPhone.

# 7130 chip DVR Card Hardwares Requirements
william_netvisiondvr replied to kangtree's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Hi, What are you talking about here? The #7130 chip DVR card? If it is, you should ask your supplier to offer you the new drivers supporting windows 7. However, there is no windows 7 mentioned above in the recommended system. -
Windows 7 , USB DVR
william_netvisiondvr replied to enajj's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
I think maybe few people will write the firmware patch for others, especially the software suppliers. Where is your location? Are you dealer or end user? Maybe I can offer you one software for free to test. I am sure the software supports Windows 7 and even 64 bit OS. Of course, support sending email while there is motion alarm or video loss. And some other useful functions, such as multi-monitor, multi-brand of IP cameras supported and Iphone&BlackBerry supported, etc. -
Windows 7 , USB DVR
william_netvisiondvr replied to enajj's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Hi, Maybe you have to ask your supplier to offer you some new drivers can be used in windows 7. And they should do a little change to their software. By the way, you can try to use some other softwares. Send email while motion alarm triggered out is a so simple a funtion that many softwares support it. -

Does Skyvision still exist? Free Hikvision Software?
william_netvisiondvr replied to koolmer's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Thank you for your compliment of our software. But I am sorry I have to point out "but lately the support has started to ignore my messages for support" is not the truth. I have explained to you that we sent several emails to you but you didn't receive them. The reason we pretect our download section so "tight" is that we have found there are too many piracy. -

william_netvisiondvr replied to BSD2000's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
ID and password is sent to you. Our sales did send an email to tell you the ID and password when she was back from holiday. But for some reason you didn't receive it. I attached it in my email so that you can have a look. Sorry to keep you waiting. Just let us know at any time if there is anything else we could do for you! -

What are some creative use of Video Analysis features
william_netvisiondvr replied to ryeporta's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Can you explain why Zoom is not powerfull ? I said it's not so powerful. How can it do video analysis accurately as software does? Maybe I should use "not so popular" here instead of "powerful". It's a little expensive. -

What are some creative use of Video Analysis features
william_netvisiondvr replied to ryeporta's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
LPR means License Plate Recognition. Face Recognition can distinguish Tom from Tim .. Mary from Maria when it's used in police station. I mean when there are tens of thousands of face information in the database, it can do that. Both Face Recognition and LPR are based on video analysis. They can be realized in software. "PTZ tracking with Zoom" is not so powerful.
