I'm having a hard time deciding which cameras to install around the perimeter of my home. I've narrowed my list down to 2 Axis cameras. The Axis M3024 seems to be a solid camera especially in low light conditions with IR illumination built in. However, the Axis M3026 has more megapixels (3 vs 1) than the M3024. I'm just wondering what's more important: more megapixels or IR illumination. The M3024 has a min required illumination of 0 lux while the M3026 has a minimum of 0.06 lux. I'm primarily concerned about what happens at night. I have good lighting around my home, but I don't always remember to turn porch lights on and sometimes arrive home from work after dark. Any thoughts?? Thanks!
