Hi guys A few month ago I had to solve some problem because I have 7inch PTZ and it is far away from supply source about 80m.I had to use 48V/1.5A power supply at the beginning and next to the PTZ cam I used dc-dc stepdown convertor which I adjusted to 24V.Till now everything works fine including at night.I have bought stepdown convertor on ebay and it costs abou 9$ Ludvik

Hi guys I have bought about 17 pieces of ip cams from Dongjia and must say-cams are OK but their service is terrible, they dont respond to emails and so on and the worst surprise was that I bought PTZ cam and this cam didnt work with ptz controller at all-because RS485 communication board wasnt installed into it. Hello guys Do you have anybody experience with wireless control of PTZ cam, I need to control by PTZ joystick my PTZ cams but it is impossible to use any wire.

Hello guys I have bought nvr server DONGJIA DA-2008A, everything was OK when I have used IP adress 192.168.1.23 but few days ago I have installed it to my cusomer and i had to change IP of server to 10.1.10.250 and after reboot nvr bricked on 99 percent on screen.Than I také second one nvr-absolutly the same and did steps before but same result.Customer is angry and I dont know how to unbrick nvr. Have you got any advices? Thanx and sorry for my terrible english Regards Ludvik
