Hello
we are running Milestone X Protect Professional with about 10 Axis IP Cameras
and we have the server setup and all cameras are connected and archiving/recording properly
The problem is some times for 2 of remote cameras we are giving an error from the client that says " The server has lost connection to the camera" and
when i look at the recordingserver log i see this error :"cannot retrieve serial number".
when i open a Web page and login to camera and problem will solve
for some days!.
Any ideas how can i solve the problem totally?
