look at ddns in settings thats where you view outside network

check whats your ddns..

1 whatever you wanna name it 2 your dns name 3 11111 4 your dvr or cam user name 5 your dvr or cam password 6 number of cameras does 11111 apears opened on portchecktool.com? of what ik you need a dns address to be able to remote view one of my cams came with it ( post earlier ) other cams didnt came with it so i created one on noip.com

you will need an address for remote viewing example if im on local web is 10.0.0.86:1080 remote is f1394.gipcam.com:1080 admin no password did you check if ports are opened?? http://www.portchecktool.com.

how are you trying get in? with ip or address? check ports online to see if theyre really opened

bought a elec dvr 8 ch , and i want to view them on my iphone so i open 3 ports n opened a noip acc to stream it when i open iphone app "vmeyecloud" image stays buffering after 1 minute i can see live image but turn black again and so on tyvm for the help

hi, i opened a free noip but cant see them on iphone should i lower bit??

hi and ty for your time, my noip is free acc and my upload is 1 mb i can remotely open my cctv i just cant see cams 130cams.ddns.net id 130cams pasword 1234 my dvr is elec brand bought it cheap on ebay thats all i know , i also have an ipcam which i have no problem remote viewing it thanks..

Hi Everyone! i installed a cctv system 8ch and im trying to remote view from my iphone but when i open app cant see image just 1 second and go black again for a minute , so on.... how can i fix it? tyvm in advance... no-ip dns and 3 ports opened
