Need Help Regarding (All IP Cam - in - one) Mobile App

Hi All, I have 2 D-Link IP camera & one CP-Plus IP Camera, Model No. : DCS-5020L , DCS-2132L & CP-UNC-T1011L2 Respectively. I want to view them using a single mobile App (Iphone / Android). Can anyone suggest me an Mobile App, which can solve the purpose ? Thanks In Advance.
